Slank and Iwan Fals Enliven Mega Concert 'AKHIR KISAH CINTA SI DOEL', Rano Karno is Forced to Sing

Kapanlagi.com - The movie AKHIR KISAH CINTA SI DOEL will close the love journey of Doel that has made many people curious for years. To welcome its release in cinemas, Falcon Pictures collaborates with RCTI television station to hold a mega concert on January 17th.

The guest stars that will be present are no joke, as the famous band Slank will share the stage with soloist Iwan Fals. Although they will not perform together, the presence of these two names will surely be highly anticipated.

1. Sing Four Songs

Both Slank and Iwan Fals will sing four songs each at the concert. However, in one of the songs, Iwan Fals will collaborate with Armada to perform the soundtrack of Si Doel, which has become ingrained in the ears of Indonesian society.

"Later, I will perform three acoustic songs, and one will be a collaboration with Armada to perform the song Si Doel. We haven't rehearsed yet, but I have started listening to the arrangement," said Iwan during a press conference at the Falcon Pictures office in the Duren Tiga area, South Jakarta, on Monday (13/1/2020).

Kaka added, "From us, we will perform four songs including 'Kamu Harus Pulang', 'I Miss You But I Hate You', 'Ku Tak Bisa'," he explained.

2. Slank Points Rano Karno to Sing

Originally, the Doel Family was not going to participate in the concert. However, suddenly Slank pointed Rano Karno to duet and perform their popular songs.

"Initially, there were four Slank songs. But just now, we pointed to Bang Rano to sing. Our intention was to surprise everyone. But he seems like a perfectionist, so he wants to rehearse," said Kaka.

"I won't (sing), but if I'm forced to, then I have to rehearse. But Mandra should definitely not be asked to sing," added Rano with a laugh.
