Welcome Halloween, Original Series 'Twisted' Ready to Bring Terrifying Terror Throughout 8 Episodes

Kapanlagi.com - October is synonymous with Halloween and all things horror. Reflecting on this fact, the Over The Top (OTT) application service presents an original series titled Twisted. Its first airing can be exclusively watched on Vision+ on October 30, 2020.

For those of you who don't know, Twisted is a horror comedy series starring a number of top actors and actresses from the homeland such as Dion Wiyoko, Dennis Adhiswara, Pamela Bowie, Verdi Solaiman, Ge Pamungkas, Mo Sidik, Ananta Rispo, Yudha Keling, and Kristo Immanuel. Not only featuring famous names, Twisted also presents a very unique storyline with a cliffhanger ending.

1. 8 Episode 'Twisted'

Twisted is divided into 8 episodes with different titles and storylines. This show presents thrilling scenes with a touch of tantalizing comedy. Here are the titles of each episode:

1. 'Sudah Pulang' - set in an office in Jakarta that has myths about employees who leave early.
2. 'Jangan Teriak' - tells the story of a film crew who breaks the rule of not screaming at a haunted and sacred shooting location.
3. 'Paranormal' - someone pretending to be a ghostbuster must face the reality that the unseen entity actually exists.
4. 'Sendirian' - experiences unusual events when finding themselves in a creepy situation at home alone.
5. 'Pamali' - every violation of taboo has consequences waiting to strike.
6. 'Staycation' - intending to have a staycation at a luxury hotel, but ends up being transported to another realm.
7. 'Pandemi' - a group of young people who do not believe in the existence of a pandemic experience terror when traveling to a villa.
8. 'Scripted' - a film director is forced to enter the script of a mysterious story that haunts them in real life.

2. Involvement of Cameo Project

Famous YouTubers, Cameo Project, also play an important role in the production of Twisted. They were given this great responsibility because they are considered to have a significant influence on young people today.

"To be able to provide the right chemistry for the content we offer to Vision+ users, which is dominated by young people, we invited Cameo Project, which is one of the pioneer YouTuber groups in Indonesia, to help produce Twisted," said Clarissa Tanoesoedibjo, Co-Programming & Content Acquisitions Director of Vision+.

Twisted also marks the debut of Vision+'s first original series in the horror comedy genre. This was intentionally done with several considerations.

"Watching horror films or watching funny horror films is still liked by young people in Indonesia, but there are still not many who package them into quality content. The moment of Halloween also influenced us to release Twisted as Vision+'s first original series," added Endang Mayawati, Programming & Content Acquisitions Director of Vision+.

Aside from Twisted, Vision+ will also continue to present a series of original content from various other genres as entertainment for viewers. "There are still many talented Indonesian artists who have managed to produce interesting and high-quality works that can compete with content providers from abroad," he explained.
