Awi is used to facing protests from netizens because his films are different from the books since the film DANUR 1. But, this time Awi Suyadi dares to guarantee that his work will not destroy the imagination of netizens about the viral thread on Twitter in the past year 2019 because the production team is loyal to the source material, even involving sources during the scriptwriting.

Still related to loyalty to the source story, Awi and Manoj Punjabi want to show a different visual from their previous horror films. However, the production team that wanted to shoot on the original location had to find a new location at the request of the source.

The location choice finally fell on the city of Jogja, which is considered to have everything needed for shooting. Besides having relatively easy access, Jogja is still friendly enough for the production team. "We cannot find these locations in Jakarta, Bogor, and the surrounding areas," concluded Awi.
