Sad News! Singer Park Bo Ram Passed Away at the Age of 30

Kapanlagi.com - Sad news came unexpectedly. South Korean singer, Park Bo Ram, passed away on Thursday (11/4/2024) yesterday. The news was revealed by Xanadu Entertainment, the agency of the woman born on March 1, 1994.

"We want to convey the sad news. Park Bo Ram passed away suddenly on April 11, 2024 evening," said Xanadu Entertainment in their official statement, as quoted from Koreaboo.

Xanadu Entertainment also expressed how the artists and all executives of the agency are deeply saddened by the departure of the singer of 'Beautiful'.

"What is even more heartbreaking is that we have to announce this sad news to you, the fans who have supported Park Bo Ram all this time," the statement continued.

1. Cause of Death Still Under Investigation

According to Soompi, the police are currently investigating the cause of Park Bo Ram's death. The agency also urges the public and media not to spread speculative information, in order to respect the late singer's family and friends.

Meanwhile, the funeral will be held after the family finishes discussing this matter.

"Once again, we send our deepest condolences to the deceased so that he can rest in peace," concluded Xanadu Entertainment.

2. Just Released New Single

In February 2024, Park Bo Ram released a duet song with singer Huh Gak titled I Hope. In addition, she has just released a new song titled I Miss You on April 3, 2024.

3. Short Profile of Park Bo Ram

Park Bo Ram was 17 years old when she competed in the second season of the highly popular Superstar K in the Land of Ginseng. Her journey ended as a Top 7 finalist, but even though she didn't win, her career doors began to open wide.

She debuted in August 2014 with Beautiful featuring Zico Block B. The song was successful and entered several Korean music charts.

Throughout her career, Park Bo Ram has released two EPs, CELEPRETTY (2015) and ORANGE MOON (2017). She has also released 20 singles, including her latest song, I Miss You, which was recently launched on April 3.
