These names have passed the selection from the coaching clinic initiated by Minola Sebayang in collaboration with singer Rieka Roslan. Minola's interest in launching singers from Karo is not without reason.

"I care about developing the Karo community, especially Karo artists who are the land of my blood and birth. Therefore, as much as possible, because my profession as a lawyer is not far from the celebrity world, I want to share what I have with my fellow artists from my region," said Minola Sebayang at Eighty Nine Eatery, Kemang, South Jakarta, Friday (30/10/2020).

2. Try Being an Executive Producer

Now, after successfully becoming a famous lawyer, Minola Sebayang is trying to become an executive producer at Minola Sebayang Project, which will launch several singers from Karo, North Sumatra. So, what do the artists who have been clients of Minola Sebayang think about her becoming an executive producer?

"I told Ruben 'Ben that I plan to help local artists enter the national music industry'. That's why on several social media platforms like Instagram, Ivan Gunawan, Ayu Ting Ting, and Ruben congratulate and support their latest singles," said Minola.

"This shows that they have no problem with it. It's not that I want to switch professions, but I want to help my local artists enter the national music industry. So, this is one of my contributions to my homeland. I can't help much, but at least I can help them in terms of their artistry to bring them to the national music scene. Their responses have been positive," Minola concluded.
