"So this song is for accompanying people who have to keep their feelings hidden because they don't want to disappoint others. They think too much about others and in the end, they can breathe a little and give space to listen to themselves and what they feel," said Sheryl Sheinafia during a virtual press conference on Monday (6/7).

This song is indeed a confession and expression of Sheryl Sheinafia's feelings, which she poured into a song. At first, she admitted that it was quite difficult, but in the end, she was able to express all her feelings in this song.

"I feel that making this song also requires a lot of courage for me to show it to the Musica team, my mother, and my friends. Many may already know, but it's just stories about what I've been through. But when I poured it into the song, I couldn't write at all, and it finally came out in that song," she said.

"I feel like there is a lot of burden that has been lifted since I shared it like that. Apparently, I'm not the only one who feels that way. Anxiety doesn't have to exist in a pandemic like this. But I think everyone has that feeling," Sheryl continued.
