Due to Lockdown, Hanin Dhiya is Forced to Communicate Remotely with Malaysian Singer

Kapanlagi.com - Beautiful singer Hanin Dhiya collaborates with Malaysian singer, Aizat Amdan. They released a song titled "Ku Mau" on July 10, 2020, through Warner Music Indonesia label.

The song "Ku Mau" was written by Aizat Amdan, along with Anas Amdan, Melanie Wehbe, and Elias Naslin. Interestingly, during the recording process, the song was not yet complete.

"So, the recording process happened before the lockdown, I went to Jakarta a week before the lockdown. I remember the recording process, the song was not complete and not finished. But we completed it together. I am happy with the process," said Aizat during a virtual press conference on Thursday (16/7/2020).

Finally, when Aizat and Hanin Dhiya were brought together in the recording studio, they finished the song together. According to Hanin, the recording process of the song "Ku Mau" was done in a short time.

"Well, the recording process didn't take too long," said Hanin Dhiya.

1. Live a Long Distance Love

The song "Ku Mau" tells the story of two people who are in a long distance relationship (LDR). Despite being separated by distance and time, the man finally shows his sincerity by meeting and proposing to his loved one.

"Because this song is not sad, it's fun. Hopefully, with the release of this song in the midst of a pandemic, it can be entertaining. Especially with LDR and a partner," said Hanin.

"So, if we look at the lyrics, the song tells the story of two men and women who actually know each other and he tells about their first meeting. They like each other, and eventually the woman likes him back. It's like telling a story of a man and a woman liking each other," added Hanin.

2. Hard Work

Regarding the promotion of the song, Hanin and Aizat have to work extra hard to introduce the song "Ku Mau" because of the pandemic. Moreover, as long as the pandemic is not over, they both still cannot meet to introduce this new song to the public.

"It's sad for the promotion. The challenge is that we have to be able to communicate from a distance to introduce this song," said Hanin.

"For me, the message is optimistic because now everyone is stressed with the problems of this pandemic," Aizat concluded.

As known, Hanin Dhiya is the runner-up of the talent search event Rising Star Indonesia. Meanwhile, Aizat is also a graduate of the talent search event Mayalsia Akademi Fantasia.
