Kris Dayanti Becomes a Special Guest at Yuni Shara's Concert '3553', Will Realize the Long-Awaited Duet

"Thank you for supporting my sister's first solo concert. It seems like there’s no such thing as too late, because she is always active in her work. That's why I am grateful to be a part of this concert," said Kris Dayanti when met in the Senayan area, Central Jakarta, on Thursday (26/6/2025).

Furthermore, Kris Dayanti explained that the opportunity to duet on stage with Yuni Shara is something special. "Moreover, we have never had the chance to realize a duet together on stage. If Yuni says she wants to do this or that, it’s probably because she is the eldest. So I’m happy that Yuni is organizing a concert that considers the comfort aspect for everyone," she added.

Both of them are known as siblings who rarely get into disputes and are always close. "Initially, we just wanted to chat and joke around. Because we are siblings who never fight. We always talk. But this time we want it to be special; we initially wanted to share a lot of stories, but Yuni wants to sing. So later we’ll just see how it goes, talking and singing," said Kris Dayanti.

The 3553 concert itself is a celebration of Yuni Shara's 35 years of contribution to the Indonesian music industry and also celebrates her 53rd birthday. Yuni Shara refers to this concert as "a journey of celebrating my life and creativity".

She explained that the reason behind holding this concert now is the belief in the best timing. "This is a journey of celebrating my life and creativity, so I held it at a time when friends might ask why now. I don't know the exact answer, but I believe this is God's perfect timing at my age of 53," said Yuni.

Heru Hermansyah from New Live Entertainment, the promoter of this concert, expressed his pride in being able to collaborate with Yuni Shara. "This is an extraordinary collaboration. 53 years but feels like 35 years. It's a pride, every time I hold a concert, I definitely want to provide something new. When I was talking, I found Yuni Shara to be truly amazing. She has extraordinary ideas, but it can create a different atmosphere from other concerts. That's what makes us want to get involved, and we don't want to contribute too many ideas because the creative ideas belong to Yuni Shara. She is the producer and we just provide ideas," explained Heru.

Yuni Shara also has a high concern for the environment, which is reflected in the concept of Concert 3553. Together with New Live Entertainment, Yuni wants to bring the spirit of sustainability and greening into this concert.

This concert will not only be a musical celebration but will also reflect the environmentally friendly values that have always been a concern for Yuni Shara. Through this approach, Concert 3553 is expected to provide an experience that touches not only the artistic and emotional sides but also conveys a message about the importance of preserving nature as part of a more responsible lifestyle and entertainment industry.

Audiences are expected to leave with warm feelings after watching this concert. "I want the audience to go home with warm feelings, perhaps even tears, and most importantly - memories that last long in their hearts," concluded Yuni Shara.

Yuni hopes this concert will be a sweet moment that will be remembered. "Because this is about nostalgia, the content is all nostalgic, I hope there will be sweet memories when I sing. When they go home, they can talk about the ambience earlier and remember the beautiful times," she added.

Concert tickets for 3553 can be obtained through the Budibdo, ADDIX, and TipTip platforms. With a capacity of Istora Senayan reaching 6000, Yuni Shara wants to create a closer atmosphere with the audience, so only 4500 seats are provided.
