Assisted by Gerald Situmorang as the producer and arranger, this EP will be a perfect companion for relaxation and leisure.
Tommy Pratomo, born on July 1, 1988, grew up in South Jakarta. He entered the world of music by learning to sing and deciding to buy his first saxophone in 2008. Next in 2015, he recorded and released his first album titled "TND". In this album, listeners can experience the distinctive sound of Tommy Pratomo's music, which he calls "rough and raw sound".
It is this sound that has led him to perform in concerts, tours, albums, film scores, TV commercials, and various other music productions.
He is also a part of a collective music group called Saxx in the City, consisting of 3 young and talented saxophone players.
After completing his studies, he began to hone his talent by extensively working in the studio and on stage with artists such as Raisa, Marcell, Hivi!, Kunto Aji, Barry Likumahuwa, Matthew Sayersz, Andhika Triyadi, Soulvibe, Barasuara, GRUVI, Radhini, Renita, among others.
Feeling deeply connected to Pop, Rock, R&B, and Soul, he feels alive when playing these genres of music. In addition to various performances in clubs and music festivals, Tommy Pratomo has also participated in the "MLD Jazz in Town" and "Tour Taifun" tours, where audiences witnessed how he rocked the stage with several Pop & Rock stars.
In 2021, Tommy Pratomo plans to release his latest work in the form of an Extended Play (EP) on July 9, 2021, titled "Weekend". This EP consists of three songs that represent the concept of a weekend. Tommy Pratomo packaged this EP by starting the songwriting process with a song titled "Sunday" in 2018. This song tells the story of taking a moment to rest, look around, and prepare for the upcoming week.
