- 1 lime
Ground spices:
- 3 curly chilies
- 7 shallots
- 5 cloves of garlic

- 100 ml of thick coconut milk

How to make:
1. Marinate the snapper fish with lime juice evenly.
2. Grind the garlic, shallots, curly chilies, turmeric, candlenuts, pepper, and coriander.
3. Sauté the ground spices until fragrant and cooked. Add crushed ginger, crushed galangal, turmeric leaf, and crushed lemongrass. Add bay leaves and kaffir lime leaves. Enter whole red chili.
4.Add the head of the snapper fish, stir until the fish head changes color.
5.Pour half of the thin coconut milk and salt, reduce the heat and cover the pan.
6.Cook for 15 minutes.
7.Add the remaining thin coconut milk, cook until the fish is cooked.
8.Add thick coconut milk, stir until boiling.
9.Just before removing from the heat, add basil leaves. Serve.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 kg tuna, cut into pieces
- 1 piece of galangal, crushed
- 5 pieces of kaffir lime leaves

- 1 tablespoon tamarind water
- 1 liter coconut milk
- Salt, sugar, and powdered broth to taste

Ingredients:
- 5 mackerel fish, cut into 2 pieces

- 1/2 turmeric
- 1 ginger
- 1/2 tomato

How to make:
1. Clean the fish, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and lime juice, mix well, let it sit for 15 minutes.
2. Mix the ground spices with water, add galangal, bay leaves, lemongrass, and turmeric leaf.
3. Add the fish, wait until the water boils again, add wuluh starfruits, torch ginger flower, bird's eye chili peppers, and salt. Stir well, taste test.
4. Cook until the fish is cooked, the broth thickens slightly, and the spices are absorbed. Remove from heat, then serve.

1. Sauté the ground spices together with the other spices until fragrant.
2. Add the 60 ml instant coconut milk and mix with water, let it boil.
3. Add the nila fish, reduce the heat and cover the pan, cook until the coconut milk boils again.
4. Add the 200 ml coconut milk, cook until all the ingredients are cooked and the spices are absorbed. Remove from heat, ready to serve.
