Saif Ali Khan Attacked by Robber, Several Oddities Leave the Indian Public Curious

The entire family of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, their two children, four-year-old Jeh and eight-year-old Taimur, were at their home located in the 12-story apartment. That night, five housekeepers were also on site. In a statement to the police, Jeh's caregiver, Eliyama Philip, who was the first to confront the armed assailant, said that the perpetrator demanded money amounting to ₹1 crore or around IDR 1.8 billion.

The attacker did not force entry or damage the apartment door, but likely sneaked in at some point during the night with the intent to rob, said police officials. The perpetrator, who escaped through the stairs, is still being pursued.

Although the assailant reportedly used the emergency stairs, it is still unclear how he was able to move undetected and successfully enter the children's room. CCTV footage shows the perpetrator wearing a red scarf and carrying a backpack, hurriedly descending the stairs from the sixth floor of the Satguru Sharan building.

The police are examining Saif Ali Khan's staff and workers involved in the ongoing renovation. The fact that Saif was taken to the hospital using a bajaj because there was no car at the actor's house raises questions. However, the families of Kareena and Saif have requested that all speculation be stopped, as it only complicates the situation further.
