Raffi Ahmad shared moments from his pilgrimage this year through his Instagram account @raffinagita1717. One of the posts that caught attention was when he completely shaved all the hair on his head, leaving him bald.
In the video, Raffi looks determined and excited as he undergoes the hair shaving process. He appears calm while his hair is shaved down to the scalp at a barbershop.
Tahallul is the phase when pilgrims are once again allowed to do things that were previously prohibited during ihram. This process is marked by cutting or shaving the hair. The tahallul moment that Raffi Ahmad experienced became an important part of his pilgrimage this year. The bald appearance became a symbol of completing part of the essential rituals of the hajj that he performed.
Through that post, Raffi Ahmad also wrote a reflective message that caught the public's attention. He linked the process of shaving his hair with his hope that his sins would also fall away. "Alhamdulillah, one more sunnah and symbol of submission has been completed. The hair may be gone, but I hope the sins also fall away one by one," wrote Raffi Ahmad.
The husband of Nagita Slavina also revealed his emotional side during the pilgrimage in the Holy Land. He mentioned that there were many prayers and tears behind the bald head he now has. "Behind this bald head, there are many prayers, tears, and hopes to return as a better person," he revealed.Â
Not only for himself, Raffi Ahmad also offered special prayers for his family and loved ones. He hopes that his pilgrimage will be accepted and become a path to a blessed hajj. "Oh Allah... Accept our pilgrimage, forgive our sins, our parents, our family, and all those we love. Make every step in this Holy Land a path to a blessed hajj," wrote Raffi.
