Accompany Jerinx in the Verdict Hearing, Nora Alexandra: Mental Strength is Needed

Kapanlagi.com - The verdict hearing of I Gede Aryastina, also known as Jerinx SID, was held today at the Central Jakarta District Court, Thursday (24/2/2022). Similar to before, Jerinx's verdict hearing was also attended by Outsiders, fans of the band Superman Is Dead.

The difference is that this time Jerinx's wife, Nora Alexandra, was present to accompany her husband in the trial. At around 2:00 PM, Jerinx accompanied by Nora Alexandra entered the courtroom.

"(Good) news. The preparation is that the mental strength is needed," said Nora as she entered the courtroom, Thursday (24/2/2022).

1. Resigned

In this verdict hearing, Jerinx resigned to the verdict of the panel of judges of the Central Jakarta District Court. However, Jerinx hopes to be acquitted from prison.

"I have to surrender to the universe. Nothing is a coincidence in this world. Hopefully, I will be free," said Jerinx.

2. Want to Have a Child

Nora added that once her husband has served his sentence, she plans to focus on undergoing a pregnancy program.

"I want to have a baby. Jerinx needs to focus on the program and take care of Nora. Because Nora needs happiness," Nora concluded.

3. Not Because of Criminal Acts

Previously, Nora Alexandra's husband was sentenced to two years in prison by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the Central Jakarta District Court. In his defense statement, the 45-year-old musician read seven important points in front of the panel of judges.

Jerinx emphasized that he was involved in a legal case not because he committed a criminal act. However, Jerinx was unable to fulfill one of the peace conditions proposed by the complainant, Adam Deni.

4. Request for 15 Billion

"Actually, I wouldn't be sitting in this chair (court) if I could fulfill Adam Deni's request for 15 billion. I am sitting here not because I am a wicked or sadistic criminal but because I am not a billionaire," said Jerinx at the Central Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (22/2/2022).

5. Previously Asked for Money

Before the case went to trial, Adam Deni had previously requested a settlement payment of Rp 15 billion from Jerinx. The request took place during a mediation session between Adam Deni, Jerinx, and his father at a hotel in South Jakarta in November 2021.

"Adam and his girlfriend clearly lied about the content of our meeting at the Raffles Hotel. My father and I are ready to undergo a lie detector test to prove what happened at that time," said Jerinx.
