Accused of Embezzling Company Funds by Medina Zein, Irwansyah Reveals the Real Chronology

Kapanlagi.com - Medina Zein has reported actor Irwansyah for alleged embezzlement of company funds amounting to Rp2 billion. The report has reached the Bandung Police and is now under investigation. 

Some time ago, Irwansyah and several witnesses were summoned by the police. In addition to Irwansyah, Laudya Cynthia Bella and Zaskia Sungkar were also summoned by the police to provide testimony. 

Being accused without basis, especially when it has entered the legal realm, Irwansyah finally provided clarification. Through his personal Instagram account, Zaskia Sungkar's husband explained the chronology of events. 

1. Shares Owned by 6 People

In a recent press release uploaded by Irwansyah on his Instagram, he explained that the shares of PT Bandung Makuta are owned by six people. 

Of the six shareholders, Laudya Chintya Bella has the highest ownership with 30% of the shares, while Irwansyah, Medina Zein, and Khairul Rijal each own 20%. The remaining 10% is divided between two shareholders, with 9% owned by Zaskia Sungkar and 1% owned by Fitra olid Joanda. 

2. Shareholders Meeting

Irwansyah narrated that the funds disbursed by the company were approved in a meeting attended by the shareholders, including Medina Zein. 

During the meeting, PT Bandung Makuta decided to provide a certain amount of funds to PT JCorp Berkah as support and operational expenses.

"The decision of the meeting to provide management fees to PT JCorp Indonesia Berkah, has been in effect since it was decided and agreed upon on December 23, 2017, and has been running for approximately 2.5 years. The amount totals approximately 1.9 billion, which is what Medina Zein is questioning," said Irwansyah. 

3. Money as Employee Salary

Furthermore, Irwansyah also stated that all the funds given to PT Jcorp Berkah from PT Bandung Makuta are used as employee salaries. So according to him, it is not true if Medina accuses him of using the money personally. 

"Did I embezzle and enjoy this money? No, this money is used for employee salary expenses. In accordance with the decision of the meeting on December 23, 2017," he explained.

4. Approved Meeting Results by All Shareholders

The press release also stated that all shareholders approved the meeting results, including Medina Zein. Although Medina had to leave during the meeting due to her umrah travel issue, she still approved the meeting results. 

"Were the meeting results approved by the shareholders? All shareholders were present and agreed. It should be emphasized that Medina Zein was also present at the meeting and agreed to the management fee provided by Bandung Makuta to PT JCorp Indonesia Berkah," said Irwansyah.

"Because Medina Zein left the meeting. So, Medina Zein delegated one of her trusted individuals to attend the meeting until it finished," he continued. 

5. There is evidence that Medina Zein attended the meeting and approved the results

Furthermore, Irwansyah also revealed strong evidence that Medina Zein was involved in the meeting. In fact, Medina's name is included in the approval of the meeting's results.

"There is a photo of the meeting where Medina Zein was present with her husband, Lukman Azhari. There is evidence of her chat in the Telegram Chat Group of shareholders where she agrees with any decision made in the meeting," he said.
