Agreed Divorce, Andre Taulany and Erin Do Not Argue Over Joint Assets

The divorce process between Andre Taulany and Rien Wartia Trigina or Erin Taulany proceeded smoothly and without drama. One of the main factors is that both have agreed not to dispute the issue of joint assets in the divorce petition.

Andre Taulany's attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, emphasized that from the beginning, the request submitted by his client was purely for divorce. There were no other claims, including regarding the division of joint property.

"In the petition from the start, this is what I need to clarify, we are indeed filing for divorce, I agree with Andre that we are only filing for divorce. So our petition is only for divorce, there is no claim regarding property," said Fahmi Bachmid when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (5/11/2025).

This agreement is also outlined in the peace deed that has been signed by both parties on October 28, 2025. In the deed, Andre and Erin both agree to amicably end their marriage.

"The peace agreement also only confirms the existence of the lawsuit and agrees to divorce peacefully," Fahmi explained.

Fahmi added that if in the future there is a discussion regarding joint assets, it will be resolved separately outside the court and become a personal agreement between Andre and Erin.

"If they discuss it later after the divorce or if it is included in it, that becomes their mutual agreement because it is not included in the lawsuit," he stated.

As is known, Andre Taulany filed for divorce from Erin after 19 years of building their household. Their marriage, which has been blessed with three children, must end due to ongoing disputes.

With no property disputes, the court proceedings have gone more quickly. Now, Andre and Erin are just waiting for the official decision from the panel of judges, which is scheduled to be announced on November 11, 2025.

After the decision, Andre Taulany is required to return to court to pronounce the divorce decree.
