One of the highlights of Aisha's career was when she won a gold medal in the U21 team jumping category at PON XXI 2024. Together with her teammates, Rifat Harsya and Muhammad Akbar Kurniawan, Aisha defeated the West Java and North Sumatra contingents, bringing glory to DKI Jakarta.
Not only on the national stage, Aisha has also achieved success internationally. On January 3-4, 2025, she secured 4th place out of 62 participants in the 100 cm Show Jumping class at the Goubergh Competitie Equestrian Championship in the Netherlands. Additionally, in August 2025, Aisha also successfully won a silver medal at the AEF Cup FEI CSIJ-B International Jumping Competition 100 cm class in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
On the national stage, Aisha has accumulated many prestigious titles, including a silver medal at the 2025 National Championship. She also achieved two placements at The Jakarta Masters, namely 2nd place in Show Jumping 95 cm U-18 and 3rd place in Show Jumping 90 cm U-18.
