"I believe beauty starts from within. It starts from our mentality, our thoughts, and what enters our bodies," said Nana Mirdad.
This mother of two also expressed that besides maintaining our mentality, exercise is also very important. "It must be balanced with exercise," she explained.
Nana Mirdad stated that inner beauty must be accompanied by exercise. Whatever the form of activity, at least the body must be actively moving.
"For me, moving every day is a must. Maybe on Sundays, we can be lazy, but at least we must be active," she said.
"Although I'm not really into sports, at least I move, for example, if there are stairs, I choose to take the stairs instead of the elevator," said Nana.
Interestingly, Nana Mirdad is not the type to be picky about food. However, she carefully watches the portions of what she eats so as not to have a negative impact on her body.
"I'm the type who eats everything. I'm not the type who refuses this or that. In my opinion, food is a blessing, but we also need to know which foods to stop eating," she explained.
