Called Stealing Knowledge, Jordi Onsu: Instead They Invited to Establish PT Together

Kapanlagi.com - Jordi Onsu finally speaks up about the dispute between his brother, Ruben Onsu, and the owner of the culinary business I Am Geprek Bensu and PT Ayam Geprek Benny Sujono. He revealed that before this conflict erupted, they had tried to resolve this matter within the family. In fact, according to him, they had already met to discuss this matter.

Jordi also revealed that he had no knowledge about the establishment of the other two businesses using the name Bensu. According to him, one party even offered to establish a PT together.

"So if he says that PT Ayam Geprek Benny Sujono existed before the establishment of the brand or trademark I AM Geprek Bensu, it means they didn't tell me at that time. Instead, they invited me to establish a PT together," he said during a press conference at the Minola Sebayang office, Palma One, Jalan H Rasuna Said, Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Saturday (13/6/2020).

Jordi also revealed that there was previously a collaboration between Stefanny as the owner of I Am Geprek Bensu, unfortunately, the collaboration had to be dissolved due to one or two undisclosed reasons.

"After that, there was a collaboration between Yangchent, Stefanny, and Koh Ruben, where long story short, after 3-4 months, there were brands that had to dissolve the partnership due to various reasons," he added.

After the partnership was dissolved, both parties planned to have a meeting to discuss a joint agreement. Unfortunately, according to Jordi, Stefanny couldn't be contacted, so they eventually sent a legal notice.

"I tried to contact Yangchent, Fanny, but there was no response until Bang Minola said 'Let's just send a legal notice'. This notice shouldn't be feared, but it is a legal warning in the hope of a discussion between me, Stefanny, Koh Ruben, and Yangchent," he said.
