Didi Riyadi Exposes Allegations of Misappropriation of Residents' Funds, Finds Suspicious Deposit and Withdrawal Transactions

1. Two Major Problems

This 44-year-old man accused the current management structure of two major problems, namely embezzlement of funds and abuse of power or position.

"The embezzlement of residents' funds and of course there are also allegations that the management structure is acting arbitrarily in the use of their positions," said Didi Riyadi.

2. Remind the Duties of the Management

The musician, whose full name is Rahmat Riyadi, then reminded what the main duties and functions (tupoksi) of a management member are. According to him, management should work to serve and facilitate the needs of the residents, not the other way around.

"Management and supervision are actually meant to serve the residents. The essence is actually that, which is their tupoksi," he explained.

3. Drastic Steps by Residents

Due to an uncontainable sense of suspicion, Didi recounted that the residents took drastic steps. They agreed to seal the management office to secure financial documents that are suspected to be evidence of irregularities.

"The residents agreed to seal the management office, which we suspect contains complete documents," Didi revealed.

4. Find Many Irregularities

Indeed, after the documents were examined, the residents found many irregularities. Didi mentioned that there were many financial transactions that could not be clearly accounted for.

"The auditors found many unclear money traffic findings," said Didi.

5. Withdrawal and Deposit Method

However, what was most surprising and made him shake his head was the transaction method used. In this all-digital era, Didi revealed that there are still transactions conducted in cash using a withdrawal and deposit system, a method that is very vulnerable to misuse.

"There are still transactions that occur with the withdrawal and deposit system. So, it’s not done through transfers between accounts," said Didi.
