Vina Luciana's decision to reportedly file for divorce from Rafi Ikhsan has received sharp comments from her mother-in-law, Firdha Razak. Firdha believes that the legal steps taken by her daughter-in-law are very late and procedurally wrong.

"We heard news that she supposedly wants to file for divorce at the religious court, that can be checked. Well, we are grateful if she wants to be the first to file, but why only now?" Firdha Razak remarked when met by KapanLagi at Polda Metro Jaya, South Jakarta, Tuesday (31/03/2026).

Firdha questioned Vina's ethics as a legitimate wife. According to her, Vina should resolve her marital status with Rafi first before deciding to enter a new relationship.

Firdha emphasized that both in religious norms and state law, a woman is strictly prohibited from conducting a secret marriage while still bound to her previous husband. Such an act is considered a serious violation that cannot be tolerated.

"After she conducted a religious marriage with another man. She should have filed for divorce in the religious court before she conducted a religious marriage with another man, that's how it should be, she should have divorced Raffi first before marrying again, that's the right thing to do," she explained.

This senior actress has strong reasons for being so persistent in overseeing the legal process against her son-in-law. She wants this case to serve as a valuable lesson for the wider community not to underestimate the law related to marriage.

"So why did I ultimately follow the legal process? I hope this will become a turning point so that the act of polyandry is not followed, and does not become a legacy for our children and grandchildren," said Firdha Razak.

It also highlights the moral and religious aspects related to the practice of polyandry that is carried out secretly. According to him, such actions are not good in terms of lineage and contradict the prohibitive laws in the faith adhered to.

"Because polyandry is indeed not allowed in religion, it is considered haram. In terms of the state, it is also not good. So indeed we have the relevant articles, right?" he added.
