Firmly Denies the Joint Property Issue, Erin Taulany Just Does Not Want to Divorce Andre Taulany

Kapanlagi.com - The issue regarding the division of joint property surfaced during the divorce proceedings of Andre Taulany and Erin Taulany. However, Erin's legal representative, Firmanto Laksana Pangaribuan, firmly denied any claims related to this matter.

Firmanto emphasized that from the beginning, his client's main focus was not on assets or wealth, but purely on maintaining the integrity of their household. When asked about the joint property issue, Firmanto provided a straightforward answer.

"From the start, I have already stated. I have firmly stated on several occasions that there is no issue regarding that," he said in the Senayan area, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (26/8/2025).

1. Erin Does Not Want a Divorce

He explained that the only desire that Erin has consistently expressed during the legal process is her rejection of divorce. "What exists is that Erin's mother has stated that she does not want a divorce," he asserted.

Firmanto was surprised if there were parties trying to raise the issue of assets, because that has never been part of the defense material or the wishes of Erin. "So if there are people who question that, maybe some of you already know, it actually doesn't exist," he told the media crew.

2. Rejection of Gono-Gini Asset Issues

Once again, he emphasized that Erin's consistent stance is to reject separation, not to demand material things. Erin stressed that she simply does not want to divorce Andre.

"There is nothing like that. What exists is that she has stated she does not want a divorce," he concluded.
