"Well, suddenly we became friends, maybe because we are in the same circle, you know, one circle in film, so we became friends. I also know that Kak Derby still often, you know, makes singles, the last one being 'Tuhan Tolong' with Sherina recently," she explained.

The idea arose from a discussion between Tissa and her manager. They felt that the song would be very suitable if it were performed again with a more feminine and contemporary vibe.

"Then we just came up with the idea. My manager and I said, 'Hey, it seems fitting if I recycle the song 'Gelora Asmara' but in my generation's version, more flirty, more feminine energy, and more, you know, relatable for the youth,'" Tissa said.

Without hesitation, Tissa immediately contacted Derby to ask for permission. The response was unexpected.

Derby not only agreed but also offered to get directly involved in the project.

"So I finally asked Kak Derby, Kak Derby wants to, agrees, and even wants to be the director, wants to be the model for the music video," said Tissa Biani.

"So the luck is multiplied, being able to have Kak Derby as someone who supports my work," she continued.
