Her Career is Now Soaring, Actress Maudy Effrosina Admits to Being Rejected Because of Her Low Number of Followers

It took Maudy years to reach the point in her career where she is now. She even experienced being rejected from acting projects because of her low number of followers on social media.

"I was once rejected, like at that time they said I was lacking because I had a small number of followers. But I didn't really care because I'm not someone who is obsessed with social media," said Maudy when met at Grand Indonesia, Thamrin area, Central Jakarta, some time ago.

However, as time goes by, Maudy Effrosina says that followers are no longer the main reference. Because what is seen from an actor is still about their acting skills.

"But nowadays, many producers seem to not only look at followers. It doesn't mean that those with many followers are not good at acting," said the 28-year-old actress.

2. Doesn't Want to Take Roles Lightly

Because she receives many offers, Maudy Effrosina now admits that she is selective in choosing roles. She wants to play challenging characters compared to before.

"Actually, I'm quite picky. Because when I do something, I want it to be better and better. I don't want to take roles lightly, I always look at the story, the character, and the director. I want to find the best of the best," Maudy said.
