Looking at the view from above, Anwar couldn't contain his admiration for Mpok Alpa. He felt this moment was a reminder for himself and everyone who is still alive.

"Yes, I was just talking to Aa Irfan, we saw it from above, right? Oh my God, there are so many people. So many, I got goosebumps. I'm so envious of Mpok Alpa. This is a lesson for us who are still here to continue her struggle," Anwar expressed in the Jagakarsa area, South Jakarta, Thursday (21/8/2025).

The same sense of awe was felt by Irfan Hakim, who came with Anwar. For him, the number of mourners present is a reflection of a person's goodness during their lifetime. This made him immediately reflect on life and death. He began to wonder what his fate would be when called by the Creator.

"Earlier, I was with Anwar, saying, 'Wow, what will happen to us when we die?' I mean, what we do in life can be seen when we die. That's one thing, who comes to mourn, who prays, how many people feel the loss. And also, what goodness people talk about when we are no longer here," said Irfan Hakim.

3. Atmosphere Without the Deceased

The departure of Mpok Alpa indeed leaves a very deep void, especially for her colleagues. Irfan, who often worked with Mpok Alpa in her final days, truly felt the loss when he returned to the shooting location. The atmosphere felt different without her, and he vividly remembered the last moments with his friend.

"Not yet (dreaming about it). But I just came from the funeral right before shooting. I was with Raffi, and as soon as I stepped onto the set, I was like, 'Oh God, Mpok'. It really felt intense because we were among those who worked closely with Mpok Alpa in her final days. Anwar also worked frequently with her, but that was a few years earlier. In the end, it was just me and Raffi," said Irfan.

4. Sweet Memories During Life

Sweet memories still linger strongly in Anwar's mind, who was often contacted by the late Mpok Alpa. So often did Mpok Alpa send voice notes that Anwar admitted he still hears her voice echoing in his head. He also reopened his message history, which was full of memories with Mpok Alpa.

"She used to send voice notes a lot, like a week before she was gone, then there would be random video calls. Especially when I was in Malaysia. If I couldn't sleep, I just slept in my mom's room last night," he said.

"When I was sleeping, she would send me voice notes like this, 'War Anwar, War Anwar'. So in my ears, it felt like there was 'War Anwar'. That's why I opened my phone earlier, there were so many of her voice notes," added Anwar.

5. A Strong and Cheerful Personality

Not only that, Mpok Alpa was also known as a very strong and always cheerful person, even when she was sick. Irfan Hakim, another friend, reminisced how Mpok Alpa casually showed her physical changes. She was never ashamed or insecure about her condition, even when her hair was gone.

6. Still Feels Heavy

Even though seven days have passed, this feeling of loss still feels so heavy for the friends. Irfan Hakim even admitted that he still hopes this is just a joke that isn't funny. He still finds it hard to accept the reality that the always cheerful friend is no longer here.

"I hope this is just a joke. 'Mpok, please, this is just a joke'. But the reality is like this," he said.

7. Always Pray for the Deceased

Now, there is nothing more to do but continue to send prayers for the deceased. Irfan and the other friends can only hope that all the goodness of Mpok Alpa during her lifetime is accepted by God. They believe that the deceased will receive the best place by His side.

"Yes, we just pray, hopefully the deceased will be placed in the best side of Allah SWT according to all the goodness she did without us knowing," concluded Irfan.
