On January 20, 2026, it has been registered under the names YR (Yeni Rahmawati/Boiyen) and RAK (Rully Anggi Akbar)," said the Public Relations of the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Moh. Sholahuddin, when met at the Tigaraksa Religious Court on Wednesday (January 28, 2026).
In fact, the first hearing for this divorce case has also been held. The initial examination agenda was conducted last Tuesday, although the attendance of both parties in person before the panel of judges has not been confirmed.
"The first hearing was yesterday, Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Regarding whether both principals were present or not, I did not confirm with the panel. What is clear is that the hearing took place," said Moh. Sholahuddin.
In response to the news, Ben Zebua, as the legal representative of Rully Akbar, provided his statement. However, he stated that at this time, his team prefers to focus on the police report rather than on his client's divorce issues.
"For the divorce trial, we cannot respond to whose divorce trial it is. So, we are focusing on the police report first," said Ben Zebua.
Regarding Rully Akbar's mental condition after being sued for divorce by Boiyen, Ben Zebua emphasized that his client is in very good condition. There are no signs of mental pressure experienced by Rully even though his marriage is now on the brink of separation.
"Our client is doing fine. We just met three days ago. His condition is getting fitter, fresher, and there are no signs of mental distress, everything is safe," said Ben Zebua.
