Accompanied by her lawyer, Susanti Agustina, Olivia Nathania arrived at the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya building in Semanggi, South Jakarta, on Monday, October 11, 2021, at 11:50 AM. The daughter of Nia Daniaty and Mohamed Hisham appeared calm as she got out of her car and walked towards the investigator's room.
The legal counsel accompanying Olivia Nathania did not want to comment much. They continued walking towards the investigator's room and occasionally responded casually to media questions.
"Not now," said Susanti Agustina, Olivia Nathania's lawyer.
Olivia emphasized that she is ready to undergo examination as a witness in the case of alleged embezzlement, fraud, and forgery of CPNS admission letters.
While flashing a smile, Olivia Nathania asked for the best so that the examination process would run smoothly.

Previously, one of the victims named Karnu reported Olivia Nathania and her husband, Rafly Noviyanto Tilaar, to the Jakarta Metro Police on September 23, 2021. The report, registered with number LP/B/4728/IX/SPKT/Jakarta Metro Police, accuses them under Article 378 and/or Article 372 and/or Article 263 of the Criminal Code regarding Embezzlement, Fraud, and Forgery of Documents.
The total losses from the case are said to have reached Rp 9.7 billion from 225 victims.
