Nikita Mirzani Withdraws Lawsuit of Rp114 Billion Against Reza Gladys, Now Files Lawsuit of Rp244 Billion

1. Already Submitted

"This is still the early stage of our lawsuit submission, yes. If it hasn't reached the answer from the panel, it will still take a stance because we are withdrawing," said Nikita Mirzani's attorney, Galih Rakasiwi, at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday (1/10/2025).

"It has been officially submitted. I have also attended the court session. So it is official," he said.

2. New Lawsuit Worth Rp244 Billion

Galih emphasized that there will be a new civil lawsuit that will soon be filed by Nikita Mirzani. This new lawsuit is said to contain elements of unlawful acts (PMH) with a more fantastic value, reaching Rp244 billion.

"Because there is PMH (unlawful act)," said Galih.

3. Asking Reza Gladys to Return Rp4 Billion

As information, in the retracted breach of contract lawsuit, Nikita Mirzani demands Reza Gladys to return the amount of Rp4 billion.

"To sentence the DEFENDANTS to return the amount of Rp. 4,000,000,000,- (four billion rupiah) to the PLAINTIFFS in cash," thus reads one of the quotes in the petition.

4. Request for Compensation

Not only that, Nikita also demands compensation for the breach of contract amounting to Rp10 billion. This figure represents the losses calculated from the alleged cooperation agreement for product skincare reviews that was agreed upon on November 14, 2024, until the lawsuit was registered.

Furthermore, Nikita Mirzani also demands compensation of Rp100 billion for the destruction of her credibility and the loss of opportunities to earn a living. This amount is quite fantastic, but Nikita seems confident in filing it.

"To punish the DEFENDANTS jointly and severally to pay in cash and directly for the damages caused by the destruction of the credibility and the loss of opportunities for the PLAINTIFFS to earn a living, which amounts to Rp. 100,000,000,000,- (one hundred billion rupiah)," demands Nikita Mirzani's side.

7. Requesting the Court to Seize Reza Gladys' Assets

In addition to the demand for money, Nikita's side also requested the court to seize the assets owned by Reza Gladys, namely a house and building in the Cilandak area, South Jakarta. This is not the first time Nikita has withdrawn her lawsuit against Reza Gladys. Previously, she had also done something similar, citing the reason of wanting to focus on the criminal case related to the alleged extortion and money laundering (TPPU) reported by Reza Gladys.
