Once Again, Rieta Amilia Does Not Attend the Trial of Gono Gini's Rp 300 Billion Lawsuit, Gideon Tengker Suspects Asset Diversion

Kapanlagi.com - Rieta Amilia once again did not attend the joint property lawsuit hearing filed by Gideon Tengker. The absence of Nagita Slavina's mother has caused the court agenda to be delayed again.

The panel of judges of the South Jakarta District Court once again requested Gideon's party to provide the correct address. Because the court summons that had been sent were returned.

"According to the judge's explanation, the letter was returned by someone in Tebet," said Erles Rareral, Gideon's legal representative, when met on Thursday last week (20/7/2023).

1. Reaction of RT/RW Fear

Erles Rareral is certain that Rieta Amilia's address is indeed located in Tebet as known by Gideon Tengker. His team even sent a letter to the local RT/RW to confirm this. However, they feel that they have no right to receive the letter.

"We continue to try to obtain information from the RT/RW. We sent a letter again, but strangely, when the team met the RT, he became afraid and said that he has no right to receive this letter, let alone reply. The question is: what's wrong with the RT/RW?" said Erles.

2. Difficult to Get Confirmation

The attitude of the RT/RW makes Erles Rareral suspect something strange. They are confused as to why confirming someone's address seems difficult to do.

"What's wrong with Rieta Amilia Beta that everyone is like this? Why do they avoid it when all they have to do is answer?" said Erles.

3. Suspected Asset Transfer

Furthermore, Erles Rareral suspects that Rieta Amilia has conducted an asset transfer. However, this still needs to be verified for its truth.

"It is strongly suspected that there is an asset transfer. This is according to the information obtained from my client. But we will check its truth later. This is worth suspecting," concluded Erles.
