"As stated in the First Indictment Article 27 paragraph (1) Jo Article 45 paragraph (1) of the Indonesian Law No.19 of 2016 on Amendments to the Indonesian Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions," as quoted from the South Jakarta District Court's SIPP.
"Punishment: Defendant Bayu Firlen with a prison sentence of 4 (four) years and a fine of Rp 1,000,000,000,- (one billion rupiah) or a substitute of 6 (six) months in prison reduced by the time the Defendant has been detained with an order to keep the Defendant in custody," continuation of the statement quoted from the South Jakarta District Court's SIPP.

In his demand, the Prosecutor also included several pieces of evidence, one of which is 1 (one) black and red 16GB Sandisk flash drive containing screenshots of the Twitter account DEDEK GEMES @dedekkugem.
Previously, Bayu's side refused to reveal the demand read by the Prosecutor in the closed session. However, it is certain that Bayu's side does not accept the demand and will prove that he is not the actual intellectual actor.
"Not accepting, it can be considered difficult. Because as I mentioned, BF is not an intellectual actor. So he is just someone who downloads something that has been uploaded on YouTube," said Rika Sandria Putri, Bayu's legal representative after the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday (19/12).

Currently, Rika and the team will prepare their objections to be read in the next trial, which is included in the agenda of plea or defense from the defendant against the prosecutor's charges.
"Of course, as light as possible, we will do everything to prove that Bayu is not the intellectual actor. We ask for fairness, so that it is in accordance with what should be," Rika concluded.
