Razman Nasution Prioritizes Personal Matters, Vadel Badjideh's Examination Postponed

Kapanlagi.com - Vadel Badjideh's attorney, Razman Arif Nasution, revealed that the examination schedule for his client related to the alleged sexual misconduct and abortion case filed by Nikita Mirzani has been postponed. The examination, which was originally scheduled for Monday (10/2/2025) at the South Jakarta Metro Police, has been rescheduled to Thursday, February 13, 2025.

This postponement is due to Razman being unable to accompany his client as he has to resolve his personal legal matters against Hotman Paris. For Razman, his priority this time is himself, not his client.

"Because I have many matters regarding my legal case on Monday. In Islamic teachings, we are also instructed to prioritize our own and our family's interests. So I believe that Vadel's matters are second, and my matters are first," Razman said at a press conference at his office in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, on Saturday (8/2/2025).

1. Will Be Examined on Thursday

Razman added that he has sent an official notification to the police regarding the change in Vadel's examination schedule. He ensured that the letter has been received.

"I have already written that Vadel will be examined on Thursday. The letter has been sent to me, so it has been moved to Thursday at 1:00 PM WIB," he explained.

2. Ask Clients Not to Rush

However, according to Razman, Vadel actually expressed his desire to still attend the examination next Monday. Razman also advised his client not to rush in facing this case, especially without legal representation.

"Vadel said, 'Uncle, I want to attend.' I replied, 'Vadel, if you want to attend, I cannot accompany you, because I have other matters,'" Razman revealed.

3. Razman Reveals Personal Matters

Razman assesses that legal assistance is very important for the examination process to run smoothly. Therefore, he ensures that his client is present at the new schedule that has been agreed upon.

As of the writing of this news, there has been no response from the South Jakarta Metro Police regarding the postponement of Vadel's examination schedule. However, Razman's decision to prioritize his personal matters over his client's case has attracted public attention.

"The letter (for the examination) has already been sent to me, so it has been moved to Thursday at 1:00 PM WIB," asserted the lawyer of Batak descent.
