Kapanlagi.com - Tangerang District Court held a hearing for Wenny Anggraeni Kusumawardani's lawsuit against actor Rezky Aditya on Wednesday (27/7/2021). The mediation hearing was attended by Wenny as the plaintiff accompanied by her lawyer.
Meanwhile, Rezky Aditya did not attend the hearing due to illness and was only represented by his lawyer.
Since Rezky Aditya was absent, the Panel of Judges decided to postpone the trial. The Judge requested both principals to be present at the mediation hearing.
"Since the defendant cannot attend due to illness, the mediation has not produced any results and will be continued on August 4, 2021," said Tigor El Manik, Wenny's legal representative, when met at Tangerang District Court on Wednesday (27/7/2021).

Previously, at the scheduled mediation hearing two weeks ago (14/7/2021), Rezky Aditya was also absent. If Rezky Aditya is absent again at the next hearing, Wenny's lawyer hopes that the hearing will proceed directly to the examination of the main case so that their lawsuit can be quickly considered and granted by the Judge.
"Usually, mediation takes 30 days. If the principal does not attend because of limited time, it will be returned to the Panel of Judges, which means that mediation has not been achieved. Hopefully, we can go straight to the main case," said Tigor.
As it is known, Wenny, who claims to have a child with Rezky Aditya, filed a lawsuit at the Tangerang District Court on June 30, 2021. In the lawsuit, Wenny asked Rezky Aditya to acknowledge their 8-year-old child and to willingly undergo a DNA test.
In addition, Wenny also requested the Court to seize Rezky Aditya's assets, namely a house and a four-wheeled vehicle. Wenny also demanded material and immaterial losses totaling Rp 17.5 billion.
