"I just made a report about alleged pornography," said Rosa Meldianti.
According to Yubylate Pandango, Rosa Meldianti's legal counsel, his client has reasons why she finally reported Gandhi Fernando to the police. "Because there is an alleged pornography involving a person with the initials GF. We are very disappointed that there is an actor who does not maintain his dignity as an actor," said Yubylate Pandango.
"We assume there is an alleged obscene or pornographic crime. So, Meldi saw it herself. At Meldi's initiative, we don't want this content to spread everywhere. We are concerned that it will disturb the public," explained Ichwan Tony, who is also Meldi's legal counsel.

As a public figure, Gandhi Fernando cannot set a good example and instead causes anxiety in society with that video.
"He should be providing good motivational examples to the community, instead of giving them negative things that cause anxiety," Yubylate Pandango concluded.
When asked about the criminal threat for Gandhi Fernando, Meldi's legal counsel mentioned multiple articles. According to him, this case will be charged under Article 282 of the Criminal Code regarding indecency and Law Number 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) Article 27 paragraph 1 together with Article 45 paragraph 1 regarding indecency and pornography in paragraph 44 of Article 1.
"The criminal threat is six years. For pornography, it's six months to 12 years in prison," Yubylate Pandango stated.
