Sarwendah returned to the South Jakarta District Court for the agenda of child custody mediation. She came with her legal team to fulfill the court's summons.
On the same occasion, Ruben Onsu, as the plaintiff, was not present. Ruben's side reportedly sent an official letter to the mediator regarding his absence.
"Alhamdulillah, we have met with the mediator earlier, yes. We have provided updates on the assigned PRs that were requested by the mediator, yes," said Chris Sam Siwu when met at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday (12/8/2026).

Although Ruben Onsu was not present, Sarwendah continued to follow the instructions previously given by the mediator. The agenda was related to the continuation of the child custody mediation process.
The legal representatives emphasized that they could not disclose the details of the tasks or "PR" referred to. This follows the mediator's directive that the points of instruction should not be shared with the public.
"Well, the PR, we have committed to keeping that, it cannot be disclosed because it is the mediator's message. Essentially, the PR is very good, yes," revealed Chris Sam Siwu.
Chris mentioned that the tasks from the mediator are viewed positively for the family's interest. The points are said to relate to the well-being of the children and the togetherness of both parents.
"Good for the children and both parents, and good for their togetherness, yes," said Chris.
The Sarwendah party is now waiting for the next summons to continue the mediation process at the South Jakarta District Court. The next stage will follow the agenda set by the court.
They hope that this legal process can be resolved soon with the best outcome for the family. The legal counsel assures that their client is ready to attend according to the schedule that will be set.
"We will be present again waiting for the next summons, yes. Possibly next week," he concluded.
