Sarwendah's Lawyer Prepares Many Pieces of Evidence for Child Custody Trial

The child custody case of Sarwendah and Ruben Onsu seems to still reveal a number of new facts. Sarwendah's lawyer stated that what is currently known to the public is just a small part of the whole.

Sarwendah's side has chosen not to speak too much in front of the camera regarding the issues their client is facing. They prefer to keep all documents and important evidence to be revealed in the courtroom later.

"What the public may currently know, what netizens know, is just one part, yes. But later we will reveal everything in the trial in a more complete, more detailed manner," said Chris Sam Siwu when met at the South Jakarta District Court on Wednesday (12/8/2026).

Chris emphasized that his legal team has prepared a very mature strategy and evidence. Many things that have been kept confidential will become important points in fighting for his client's rights."What we will reveal in the trial are many things that we have kept tightly, and we will open many of them in court, yes," Chris explained.

Regarding various hoax allegations targeting his client, Chris asked all parties to be patient and wait for the legal process. He believes the truth will be revealed through the examination of legally valid evidence.

"So enough, let's not divert this with hoaxes and all kinds of things, enough already, what's important is that we just focus on the trial," he stated.

Even though the atmosphere is heating up, Sarwendah still hopes for a good resolution through mediation. The lawyers are continuously striving to follow the mediator's directions for the best interests of their clients and the children."Please pray that it can be resolved in the best way possible," concluded Chris Sam Siwu.
