Siskaeee Finally Forced to Be Picked Up by the Police After Dodging Investigator's Summons Twice, Legal Counsel: We Don't Know

It is known that Siskaeee was forcibly picked up by the investigators of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police at her apartment in Yogyakarta area, on Wednesday morning (24/1). Regarding this matter, Tofan Ginting as Siskaeee's legal counsel still did not know the information about his client being forcibly picked up by the investigators of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police.

"We don't know, we just found out. Honestly, we were very surprised to hear about this forced pick-up," said Tofan Ginting when contacted by the media, on Wednesday afternoon (24/1).

1. Concerns about the Arrest Efforts

Tofan also does not mind the police's efforts to forcibly pick up Siskaeee. Because indeed the investigator is just doing his duty.

"We appreciate the police's efforts to forcibly pick up our client, we appreciate that," he said.

Tofan will continue to accompany the woman named Fransiska Candra Novita Sari throughout her legal process. His party will accompany Siskaeee as long as the legal process continues.

"Of course, we will accompany Siskaeee's legal process. We will definitely accompany her," he said.

2. Siskaeee Intends to Fulfill Police Summons

Meanwhile, before the forced pick-up was carried out, Tofan explained that Siskaeee actually intended to comply with the summons of the investigators from the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, in order to undergo questioning as a suspect in the Kelas Bintang pornographic video production case.

"Actually, in the near future, Siskaeee wanted to come to the police, just asking for time. But since there is this forced pick-up effort, we will accompany her," he concluded.
