Tamara Tyasmara Admits She Can't Stand Watching the CCTV of Dante's Death

The trial was scheduled to hear testimonies from three expert witnesses: a forensic expert, a swimming expert, and a digital forensics expert.

In this trial, the CCTV footage that recorded the moments when Dante was submerged was set to be played again in the courtroom. Tamara admitted she was not ready to relive the tragic moment that took her son's life.

"Yes, they said today the CCTV will be played again," Tamara said in the courtroom.

1. Planning to Leave the Room

He plans to leave the courtroom if the recording is actually played. "No, I'm not ready. If it is played, I will probably leave the courtroom," he said.

Tamara Tyasmara feels very heavy about having to see the recording of the moments leading to her son's death in the swimming pool again. For her, that moment was already devastating enough, and she does not want to relive the painful feelings she once experienced.

"Just once is enough to see the CCTV," Tamara said with great pain.

2. Intentional Act of Taking a Life

Yudha Arfandi has been charged with premeditated murder in the case of the death of Tamara Tyasmara's son and Angger Dimas, Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo. The charges were presented by the Public Prosecutor in the case registered under number 328/Pid.B/2024/PN JKT.TIM.

For his actions, the defendant is stated to have committed premeditated murder as regulated and punishable under Article 340 of the Penal Code. Nevertheless, the Public Prosecutor also included a subsidiary charge. In the subsidiary charge, Yudha is deemed to have intentionally taken another person's life as regulated and punishable under Article 338 of the Penal Code.
