The indictment was presented by the Public Prosecutor in the case registered under number 328/Pid.B/2024/PN JKT.TIM.

For his actions, the defendant is stated to have committed premeditated murder as regulated and punishable under Article 340 of the Criminal Code.

Nevertheless, the Public Prosecutor also included a subsidiary indictment. In the subsidiary indictment, Yudha is deemed to have intentionally taken the life of another person as regulated and punishable under Article 338 of the Criminal Code.

Or secondly, Yudha is considered to have placed, allowed, committed, ordered to commit, or participated in committing Violence against Children that resulted in death.
