Aditya Tumbuan, as the son of Rima Melati and also the family representative, expressed his gratitude to the mourners and the public who have prayed for his mother.

"On behalf of the family, I would like to express my deepest gratitude for all the attention, prayers, support, whatever it is, for the late Rima Melati," said Aditya Tumbuan when reading his mother's funeral speech at TPU Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta, on Saturday (6/25).

"Many of us here have witnessed how much we all love, care and care for the deceased. Such great social good deeds, hospitality that the deceased has ever carried out," he continued.

"At the same time, I ask for forgiveness on behalf of the deceased to be granted forgiveness as much as possible, if the deceased has ever made a mistake, shortcomings, or mistakes, on behalf of the family, I apologize as much as possible," he said.

Aditya Tumbuan also expressed relief that his mother, who was previously ill, no longer has to suffer from her illness.
