The Joint Property of Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah is Said to be Resolved

The controversy regarding the division of property after the divorce of Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah has once again become a focus. One of the things that the public is questioning is the status of the house that Sarwendah currently occupies with her children.

Sarwendah's attorney, Chris Sam Siwu, emphasized that the issue of joint property has actually been resolved and agreed upon by both parties.

"The issue of joint property only becomes a problem if there is no agreement. In fact, this joint property issue has already been agreed upon. There has been a division of assets; asset A for Sarwendah, asset B for Ruben. That is already clear," said Chris Sam Siwu in a virtual press conference on Saturday (20/6/2026).

Chris explained that the house currently occupied by Sarwendah has indeed become part of the rights received by his client based on the agreement that has been made.

"Including the house that is currently occupied, which is still in the process of being paid off, it has actually become Sarwendah's right. So many have twisted the narrative that it still belongs to Ruben and so on," he explained.

According to Chris, Sarwendah has also conveyed that the assets she currently owns are prioritized for the future of her children.

"Sarwendah has repeatedly assured me that all the assets she has acquired are solely for her children in the future, especially the house as a fixed asset," he said.

He added that the live streaming activities conducted by Sarwendah at home are also related to her desire to stay close to her children while working.

"Why does our client use it as a workplace? The answer is so that when the children miss their mother, they don’t need to be taken to a studio elsewhere," concluded Chris.
