Asila Maisa's Name Dragged into Rizky Billar's Infidelity Hoax, Lawyer: Damaging

Rizky Billar has taken legal action against several social media accounts that are suspected of spreading infidelity hoaxes linking him to Asila Maisa. The report was made as a form of protection for those harmed by the false narratives circulating on social media.

Billar's legal team stated that the defamation connecting their client to the daughter of presenter Ramzi has caused significant impact. In addition to damaging the reputation of Rizky Billar and his family, the issue is also considered detrimental to Asila Maisa in her personal life and career.

As many as six social media accounts are now the target of reports that have been registered at the Metro Jaya Police."Mr. Rizky Billar has officially taken legal action by reporting several of these social media accounts to the SPKT Metro Jaya Police for alleged defamation, slander, and the spread of fake news. Below is the evidence of the report made last night," said Sadrakh Seskoadi when met in West Jakarta on Thursday (18/6/2026).

According to Sadrakh, the news linking Billar with Asila has exceeded the limits by dragging in parties that have no connection to the issue. Therefore, they decided to take legal action to stop the spread of wild speculation that continues to develop.

"This false news has caused significant harm to Ms. Asila, both in her personal life, her social relationships with friends, and her professional work relationships. Therefore, we are taking this step to protect the dignity and honor of the individual as well," explained Sadrakh.

Although some account owners have reportedly issued apologies, the Rizky Billar party insists that legal proceedings will continue. According to them, personal apologies do not erase the legal consequences of the actions that have been taken.

"The attempts at apology made by several perpetrators, I believe, have been personally forgiven by Rizky Billar and his family. However, it should be noted that forgiveness does not eliminate the criminal nature of the act itself. Therefore, we will continue to pursue legal action against those accounts," said Sadrakh.

On the same occasion, Sadrakh also responded to the figure with the initials TM that Billar had mentioned. However, he emphasized that the main focus at this time is the accounts that are suspected of spreading slander and involving other parties in false narratives.

"Regarding the individual with the initials TM, we certainly cannot disclose everything at this time. But essentially, the accounts we target are those that attack Rizky Billar personally and involve other parties," he concluded.
