This is an Update on the Alleged Embezzlement Case by Irwansyah against Medina Zein

Kapanlagi.com - Medina Zein's husband, Lukman Azhari, talks about the progress of the case involving his wife and Irwansyah. As known, Irwansyah was reported for alleged embezzlement in a work/position relationship.

"Regarding the case of the cake company in Bandung, many people ask about its progress and how it's going. I want to explain here that the case is still ongoing and still being processed," he said when met at Gandaria City, South Jakarta, on Friday (13/3/2020).

1. Rise to Investigator

He said that his own case has already been escalated to investigation. He is quite confident that the allegations of criminal acts in this case are indeed proven.

"And thankfully, yesterday we received information from the police investigators that this case has already been escalated to investigation. So, investigation means that the investigator has a conviction that there is indeed an alleged criminal act reported by Medina," he added.

2. Receive Notification Letter

Lukman said that he will receive a notification letter for the start of the investigation. The letter contains some information about the escalation of the investigation status.

"In this case, Article 374 of the Criminal Code is applied and it is stated that there is sufficient preliminary evidence. Usually, we receive a notification letter for the start of the investigation, and in that letter, there is some information in it that the case has been escalated to investigation," he concluded.
