Adipati Dolken Admits to Having Long Been Eyeing Mawar De Jongh

Kapanlagi.com - Adipati Dolken and Mawar De Jongh are paired in the film #TEMANTAPIMENIKAH 2 directed by Rako Prijanto. This is the first time they have worked together in a production.

Adipati admits to being happy to act alongside Mawar. He reveals that he has long been eyeing the opportunity to work with the actress from Medan.

"I have been waiting for the opportunity to work with Mawar for a long time. Actually, from the films I have seen before, she has already caught my attention and finally it happened. For me, I am very happy to work with Mawar, to work with someone new," said Adipati during the launch of the poster and trailer for #TEMANTAPIMENIKAH 2 at Falcon Pictures office in Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on Monday (20/1/2020).

1. Adipati Struggles to Face Mawar

Although happy to be involved in a project with Mawar De Jongh, Adipati initially found it difficult to adapt. This is because Mawar is a quiet person and it takes a long time to get close to her.

"At first, it was a bit difficult with Mawar, she's really quiet. But she understands and knows how to handle the shooting. It made the shooting go smoothly, we were really happy. For me, this is one of the best shootings I've ever experienced," added Adipati.

#TEMANTAPIMENIKAH 2 is adapted from a bestselling book that tells the love story of Ayudia Bing Slamet and Ditto Percussion. Adipati Dolken plays the role of Ditto, while Mawar De Jongh replaces Vanesha Prescilla to portray the character Ayudia. This romantic drama film will be released in theaters starting from February 27th.
