Film LOVE NEVER COMES ON TIME Official Poster Release

Kapanlagi.com - The film LOVE NEVER COMES ON TIME, adapted from a novel by Puthut EA, has released its official poster. Directed by Hanung Bramantyo, this film tells the story of a writer who is always chased by time.

Hanung Bramantyo explains that this film is about a young writer who is being chased by time. It’s not just about work; this writer is also trapped in time issues in love.

“This film brings a story about when we are looking for the comfort of love, and time is always with us. At this moment, the young writer Daku (played by Refal Hadi) is afraid to write his own novel story,” Hanung explained.

“So he is always trapped writing commissioned stories. To start his own debut novel, he is scared. That’s also what Daku feels in love,” he added.

With a happy smile, Hanung welcomed the release of the official poster for his latest film. "Finally, the novel is released, the release date is still uncertain, so this is the latest work that can be introduced," he said.

Refal Hady, who collaborated with Hanung Bramantyo for the first time in this film, feels very happy. "This is our first collaboration with Mas Hanung, it's amazing because I got the opportunity to take this title. And of course, there are difficulties," said Refal Hady.

According to Refal, adapting a novel into a visual form is not an easy task. Refal Hady also feels a similarity between himself and the character Daku in matters of love that are not timely

“From novel to visual, it’s not easy, so there’s a struggle between his complaints and his own thoughts. It feels like being slapped, yes. This is somewhat similar. The difference is, Refal reflects on himself immediately after every failure," explained Refal.

"What I mean is, the lessons of love that have been experienced become a learning experience. Now, Daku is a bit late; he feels that if his principles are not disturbed, he is not disturbed. He believes that love has its time," added Refal.

The film "Love Never Comes on Time" stars Refal Hady, Amirah Filzah, Carissa Perusset, Nadya Arina, Meriam Bellina, and Slamet Rahardjo. This film produced by Dapur Film in collaboration with K Studio and Seven Skies Motion will soon be available in Indonesian cinemas. Additionally, singer Fabio Asher collaborates with Malaysian singer Aina Abdul to present the original soundtrack for the film.
