Kapanlagi.com - The series titled MOZACHIKO has been airing on the WeTV streaming service since early June. Only three episodes out of a total of seventeen have been released, but the romantic drama has already been watched eight million times.
"As of today, the MOZACHIKO series has been watched eight million times. It turns out that Indonesian viewers like this series. Hopefully, with more episodes, more achievements will be obtained," said Lesley Simpson, country head of WeTV Indonesia, when met at his office in the Thamrin area of Central Jakarta on Saturday (10/6/2023).
The achievement of being watched eight million times makes Junior Roberts, the main actor, very happy. It's like answering the wait for almost two years before the airing.
"I'm happy that the audience can reach eight million even though it's only three episodes. It's really something after waiting for almost two years as actors," added Junior.
Junior Roberts plays the character named Chiko Gadangga in the MOZACHIKO series. Considering that it is adapted from the best-selling novel of the same title, Junior stated that there are changes from the novel to the series version.
"It's called adaptation, so there are changes from the novel. Even though there are differences, we try our best to make it much better but still in accordance with the expectations of the novel readers," added Junior.
