Endiarto explained that they do not conduct a professional casting process to find voice actors. To cut costs that are indeed nonexistent, they utilize people from their closest circle.
"VO Talent comes from the existing teams, people close to us. If we look for that kind, it’s definitely about, 'How much?' It’s just like an endorsement, right? Isn’t it?" said Endiarto when met in the Kuningan area on Monday (11/8/2025).

He is looking for children and individuals who share the same vision as the production team. He believes that among many people, there are surely those who want to get involved purely out of a calling, and that belief has been proven.

The same applies to the animation team. Endiarto admitted that he tried to approach several professional animators from various cities, but many declined or felt unable when they learned that this project had no budget.
"Some asked, 'Why not hire other animators, there are plenty?' This is my question, do you want to? Because I tried last year from Jogja, Bandung, Jakarta. 'Do you want to make a long animated film?' Some immediately said, 'No,'" he recalled.

However, fate brought him together with the right animator, whom he refers to as Pak Bintang. This meeting proved that there are always people who share the same frequency and ideals in the creative industry.
"Not everyone, of course. We met our animator, Pak Bintang, and maybe indeed some are. I believe out of so many, there must be some that match. There must be," he said.

When asked if the animators and voice actors also worked without pay, Endiarto confirmed it firmly. According to him, everyone involved is in the same position, struggling together for a piece of work.
"So the animators and VO Talent too, right, Sir? The VO Talent, the animators are also in the same situation, aren't they?" asked the media crew. "Everyone is the same, there’s no one in front, imagine that," said Endiarto.

However, Endiarto and his team had to go through a series of fairly strict standard processes to be able to screen their work in the largest cinema network in Indonesia, XXI. He recounted that they initially faced rejection and were asked to make several technical revisions.
"It’s just that XXI questioned a lot, we followed the usual standards, letters, until there was a rejection, there were revisions, we did it," he explained.
More specifically, the requested revisions were related to the quality of the Digital Cinema Package (DCP). The cinema found several aspects that needed improvement, such as audio quality that was deemed inadequate.
"It wasn’t rejected, first it was rejected, then revisions. DCP revisions. Some of the audio was over, some of this. Yes, we fixed it," explained Endiarto.

Despite facing obstacles, the production team did not give up easily. They continued to strive to improve shortcomings according to the established standards until the film was finally ready for release, even with a limited number of screens.
"Is there still a chance? Yes, Mr. Endi. Oh, that's it. If we say there's none, then what else can we do? You see, because we can only do this, we don't have any supporting anyone, no backup at all," he concluded, describing his team's fighting spirit.
