Based on her BMI, Seolhyun with a weight of 48.7 kg has 21 kg of muscle mass and her body fat is 10.2 kg. Therefore, her body fat percentage is 20.9%.

To achieve this BMI, it turns out that Seolhyun routinely drinks 2 liters of plain water every day. It is said that this method can reduce one kilogram of body weight within a week.
