5 Years Apart, Ernest Syarif Moved to Strengthen Chocolate Again

Kapanlagi.com - Ernest Syarif is touched to be able to rejoin the band group Chocolate. Nirina Zubir's husband used to be a guitarist for Chocolate from 2003 to early 2015.

With Ernest's return, the band that had a hit with the song Karma is strengthened by Edwin Marshal Sjarif (guitar), Ronny Febry Nugroho (bass), Axel Andaviar (drums), and Aiu (vocals).

Ernest Sjarif feels happy to be able to return to his old band. Moreover, the presence of the guitarist's two children is welcomed by other Chocolate personnel.

"Happy, touched, happy, and didn't expect to be able to comeback to Chocolate again. Not many people can get a second chance, and I will give my best," Ernest said in a press release received by Kapanlagi.com, Thursday (9/7/2020).

2. Create New Ideas

Together with Cokelat, Ernest will certainly create new ideas that he needs to pour into the band. Moreover, with this lineup, Cokelat will bring new energy and spirit.

"And it seems very confident with the current lineup. I can feel a lot of positive energy from the management team, crew, and band members. The current lineup with Aiu (Ratna) is one of my dream lineups," said Ernest.

"But besides that, it's because of the deep conversations with Ronny, Edwin, and Cokelat management that touched me because they still appreciate me just like they did when I was in Cokelat. That's why the invitation for a comeback from my family is what made me decide to return," concluded Ernest.
