Young singer Ardhita has officially released her debut single titled Stupidly, which is filled with emotion and personal meaning. The 21-year-old girl admitted that this song is a reflection of her own experience in a toxic relationship.

"The initial creation process was encouraged by Mr. Jerry, we met in December 2023, and not long after, in February 2024, Mr. Jerry motivated me to write a song. The lyrics were inspired by my experience in a toxic relationship, which was bad for me but I continued it," said Ardhita when met in the Kemang area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (7/5/2025). Not only singing, Ardhita also writes his own songs. However, he still received support from Jerricoev, who became the arranger and creative mentor during the song production process. "Why Sumba? Because it was indeed the request of Ardhita and her mother. The nature that wants to be explored. She is great at riding horses without a saddle or stirrup, there’s a scene that showcases Dhita's skills," explained Rio Motret.

Her mother, Asrilia Kurniawati, also has a background in the music world. She even had plans to become Ardhita's producer, before finally giving full trust to Jerricoev. "Lia has seen Dhita since she was little. Her father initially wasn’t sure about Dhita, even though people said her voice was soothing. At first, Lia wanted to produce, but Dhita chose Jerry," said Asrilia.
