Release of New Single Titled 'Kali Kedua', Brisia Jodie Reveals She Wants Her Song to Go Viral on Tiktok

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Brisia Jodie has released her latest song titled 'Kali Kedua'. This is her second single released this year. Previously, she collaborated with Fabio Asher on the song 'Aku Memilihmu' which was released in July.

Brisia Jodie happily announced that 'Kali Kedua' can now be enjoyed by Indonesian music lovers. She explained that this song has a different vibe from her previous works.

"Yes, today I am very happy to be able to launch this single, but it goes back to a sad song, so it's different from my singles that were released this year. Yesterday, all of my singles were happy, and now it's a sad single," said Brisia Jodie when met at Senayan Park, Central Jakarta, on Thursday (12/10/2023).

1. No Obstacles

During the process of recording this song, Brisia Jodie claimed that she did not encounter any significant obstacles, unlike her experiences recording previous songs which were more difficult.

"The obstacle might be that the song is difficult to sing because during the recording, oh sorry, there are no obstacles," she said.

Brisia Jodie explained that the song "Kali Kedua" tells the story of a married couple who experience domestic violence. Despite frequent arguments, this couple finds it difficult to separate because they are already married.

2. Not Personal Experience

"This song is inspired by a married couple who often fight. The wife experiences domestic violence, but they can't separate because they are already married, so they are given another chance, and it is repeated," said Brisia Jodie.

Certainly, Brisia Jodie emphasized that this song is not based on her personal experience.

"Not in this song," she said.

"So (the song 'Kali Kedua') is just accepted. And these are the only two recent songs that I have accepted, usually I always create my own songs, if not, I will definitely collaborate in a workshop," added Brisia Jodie.

Brisia Jodie hopes that the song 'Kali Kedua' will go viral and be used by social media users, especially on the TikTok platform.

"Then hopefully the song 'Kali Kedua' will go viral on TikTok, please use the sound for cyanide cases. Anything, just use it as a sound," said Brisia Jodie, then laughed.
