In her statement, Kareena revealed that this is a difficult time for her family. While Saif is in the hospital, the news circulating in India is indeed confusing and there are many speculations, including the allegation that this is all a gimmick because of Saif's new film.

"This is a very difficult day for our family, and we are still trying to process the events that have occurred. As we go through this tough time, with all due respect and humility, I ask that the paparazzi and media stop the speculation and relentless reporting," wrote Kareena.

Kareena also asked the media and paparazzi to reduce the spotlight on her family. Because she is concerned about her family's safety after this horrific incident.
